So if you find that you have changed your mind or have chosen the wrong size, don’t panic, because you are more than welcome to send the garment back to us for a full store credit.
Please note: In order for us to issue the store credit, please ensure that you either have or you create a Bold & Bohemia account for the credit to be applied to.
We’ve feel that we’ve made our returns & exchange process super easy to follow- and we’re giving you 14 days to get it sorted, before your next special event!
Should you wish to return/exchange any item for store credit, we must ask you to ensure that the below criteria are met;
- Merchandise must be post stamped and returned within 14 days of receipt.
- You email email@example.com with your intention of return including order number, item to be returned, and reason for return.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
- Merchandise must have all tags, including any Bold & Bohemia or original label hangtags, attached.
- Only full priced items can be returned, any merchandise marked "Sale" cannot be returned.
- Swimwear, hats, earrings, underwear and bodysuits cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations.
- Please note, we are unable to credit original shipping costs unless an item is deemed faulty by our returns department.
We try our hardest to process returns within 1 business days of receiving your item(s). If your tracking shows that your return has been delivered to our warehouse but the store credit hasn’t appeared in your Bold & Bohemia account after 3 business days, please follow up with our Customer Care Team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We also recommend using a tracked method of postage to return your item(s) to us as we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen parcels that do not reach us.
1.1 Incorrect Sizing/Exchange for Different Size Returns
Bold & Bohemia is happy to accept returns if you need to choose a different size of the same item you initially purchased. You can choose one of two options depending on your preference;
1) Email our customer care team to notify us of your size preference and the item you would like to exchange at email@example.com. Post the item you want exchanged (remember to include the original invoice noting reason for return), and once received we will issue a credit note for the full purchase price of your original item which you can use to purchase the desired size.
2) If you prefer not to wait for the credit note, you can purchase the desired size through the normal buying process, meanwhile, returning the initial item you would like exchanged. Our warehouse will despatch the new item as per normal ensuring you receive your item without delay, and once we have received your initial returned item we can issue a full refund of the purchase price in your original payment form.
In both instances, you MUST ensure that you email firstname.lastname@example.org before you wish to exchange an item, to ensure firstly, that we have your correct size in stock and secondly, to nominate which of the two options stated above you would prefer.
1.2 Change of Mind Returns
We try to keep all of our customers happy, so the team at Bold & Bohemia will also accept returns of items even if you've just changed your mind. For us to do this we ask that all of the requirements in the return criteria are followed ( as outlined in 1.1)
Once items have been received by our returns department, you will receive a full store credit of the purchase price via your nominated email address.
Any costs associated with the delivery of the item will not be refunded. Buyers will need to pay for return shipping of any items returned as result of any "change of mind" returns.
1.3 Return Address
You must return your items to the address below within 14 days from the day you received your package. Please include your order # on the outside of the returned package. You will receive your credit note within 48hrs of approval. Unfortunately we cannot refund postage costs.

1.4 Store Credit
- Store Credit can only be used online at our website, www.boldandbohemia.com.au.
- Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
- Please treat Store Credit like cash.
- Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned.
- Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
- Store credit never expires.
- Store credit is provided in Australian Dollars.
- Your use of the Store Credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms.
- To view your Store Credit Balance, log into your Bold & Bohemia Clothing account. Your Store Credit balance will be displayed on the “My Account” page.

1.5 Incorrect or Faulty Items
The team at Bold & Bohemia take extreme care when shipping out your item but on the rare occassion that we have slipped up, after all we are only human, please notify us immediately via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and quote the order number and what the fault or problem is with the item/garment. We will send you the correct item upon receipt of proof that you have sent back the wrong or faulty item.
